Each show determines their seating policy and Lakeland Center personnel must abide by their regulations. Please note: all Lakeland Center Broadway shows will have a 5-10 minute seating hold at the beginning of the performance. Please arrive early.
The Lakeland Center is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Assisted listening devices are available for Youkey Theatre performances on a first come basis. For seating accommodations, please contact the box office 863-834-8111.
Children who have reached their 2nd birthday must have a ticket. Children under two may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap. PLEASE NOTE: Ticket policies vary per event please check the event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.
Box Office “Will Call” windows are located in the main box office area. "Will Call" Windows will be designated by electric signage. To pick up will call tickets; you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.
“Will Call” is available during regular business hours and 3 hours prior to show time.

Groups can take advantage of discounted ticket prices, priority seating as a group, personal service and special offers.

She can assist with pricing, payment schedules, deposit requirements and seating placement.
The Lakeland Center requires a deposit and or full payment to reserve group seats.
You will receive a contract in the mail outlining your payment schedule and event details.
You may pay for your group tickets order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express and checks. Cash can be used when paying at the Box Office only.
