Many events scheduled at The Lakeland Center offer discounts to groups of all sizes. Typically, the minimum groups size required for a group discount varies by event but generally ranges from 10-20 people. Your group may consist of employees, senior citizens, youths, social clubs, corporations, church groups or simply a group of family and friends.

1. Priority Seating
As a Group you get the opportunity to purchase seats or hold seats before the general public! 2. Personal One-On-One Service
Think of us at The Lakeland Center as not only your guide for a great show experience but we can also help you with any other requests. For example, we can help find hotels/motels, shopping, and dining around the area. We are also available for on-site ticket orders at your place of business by setting up appointments. 3. Payment Options
So many options for GROUPS! You can either call or email Group Sales at 863-834-8137 or elizabeth.bass@lakelandgov.net, call the box office at 863-834-8111, and you can come by anytime between 9:30am-5:30pm Mon.-Fri. We take all major credit cards, cash, check (checks need to be in 2 weeks prior to show date)

4. Easy Accessibility
How amazing is it when you can bring your bus right up to the doors to drop off and pick up? Buses will be able to drop off and pick up at Entrance #2.

5. A Way of saying Thank You....
Groups of 10 at the time of purchase will be able to have the $4 Handling Fee waived!
Groups of 20 or more at the time purchase will receive free parking and no handling fee!
At the time of final payment and you do not qulaify for either of these offers they will not be applied.
Groups can receive 10% off of Center Stage Cafe for Broadway and Evening Entertainment Shows.

Group FAQ's

What if I don't have a group of 10 or more?

DO NOT FEAR! GROUP SALES IS HERE! We can help you recruit with informational items for the show of your choice. You can easily share show information with your group by emails or we can make flyers for you to distribute. We would be glad to come to you and offer on-site ticket sales. Additional promotional items may be available depending on the show.

How do I get started?

Contacting Group Sales - Elizabeth Bass at 863-834-8137 or by email elizabeth.bass@lakelandgov.net. We would be glad to take your order immediately over the phone, or you can reserve tickets and we will provide you with a contract and payment plan, or visit our box office and purchase your tickets from any one of our knowledgeable staff members at the window, or we can simply give you more information about upcoming shows.

What is the payment process?

Our process is easy. If you are a large group and would like the option of a payment plan, we would be happy to set that up for you with a Group Sales Contract. This allows you to wait to make a deposit 2 weeks after the inital order has been placed. We will determine a due date for final payment. If you are in a small group and would like to pay in full we take all major credit cards, cash, money orders and checks as long as it is 2 weeks prior to event date.

How do I become a part of the Group/Corporate Email blasts?

Join our Group/Coporate Email list and we will be glad to send you discount information on a show by show basis. We will not send emails weekly, only as needed. You will be put on our list that we email out with special pre-sale and discount information on it before it goes to the general public. How do I get discounts for my employees?

By signing up for the Group/Coporate Email Blast, you will automatically get the pre-sale information and special discount information. As a customer you have many different options depending on how you would prefer the information get to your employees to offer them a discounted price. You have the option to email informaton out to your employee's, post the information in an employee break room or other viable locations in your place of business. We could also make a web page that is password protected just for your employees only to get the discount information on their own in order to make transcations as seamless for you.

Where do we park a bus?

An oversized vehicle (bus, etc.) is $10. Please let us know when you finalize your group order if you will need special attention in parking a bus. If you are coming to a show in the Youkey Theatre or Jenkins Arena, we have drop off and pick up at Entrance #2. The bus would enter through Gate #6 and be directed to Entrance #2. This entrance does not have stairs, and will be able to accommodate your group's needs.

Where can I take my group to eat?

For those groups that would like an outing to include lunch or dinner before or after the show here are some great options we recommend! Just a little tip...always remember to ask about a comp meal for your bus driver or chaperone.

Just minutes from The Lakeland Center our Lakeland GrillSmith can accommodate groups of 30 people for lunch or dinner in their private dining room and larger groups in our bar and dining areas.
