How do I get to The Lakeland Center?

Located just off I-4, The Lakeland Center is a quick drive from anywhere in Central Florida. You can either check out our simplified directions or our detailed driving directions powered by Google ®.

How do I get tickets to Lakeland Center events?

Click on the calendar to purchase tickets online by visiting the event detail pages or visit The Lakeland Center Box Office during regular business hours. The Box Office can also be reached at 863-834-8111.

What are the Box Office hours and location?

The Lakeland Center Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 9:30AM–5:30PM, and 3 hours prior to ticketed events. The Lakeland Center Box Office is happy to assist with all of your ticketing needs and is located at Entrance #1. What is your late seating policy?

Each show determines their seating policy and Lakeland Center personnel must abide by their regulations. Please note: all Lakeland Center Broadway shows will have a 5-10 minute seating hold at the beginning of the performance. Please arrive early.

Is there seating for disabled guests?

The Lakeland Center is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Assisted listening devices are available for Youkey Theatre performances on a first come basis. For seating accommodations, please contact the box office 863-834-8111.

At what age does a child need a ticket?

Children who have reached their second birthday must have a ticket. Children under two may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap. PLEASE NOTE: Ticket policies vary per event please check the event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.

Where is "Will Call" and when does it open?

Box Office will call windows are located in the main box office area. "Will Call" Windows will be designated by electric signage. To pick up will call tickets; you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.

“Will Call” is available during regular business hours and 3 hours prior to show time.

Does The Lakeland Center provide Wi-Fi access?

The Lakeland Center offers WI-FI access at many locations throughout the facility using the public Surf Lakeland system.

Can I bring my own food and beverage to an event?

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Guests may not bring their own food and/or beverage to any Lakeland Center event. Guests not in compliance with this policy will be asked to leave The Lakeland Center facility.

Is there a Lost and Found and where is it located?

Lost and Found is located at The Lakeland Center Administration Office. The Lakeland Center is not responsible for lost or returned items. For further information, call Lakeland Center Administration at 863-834-8100 or email our Receptionist at this link: Administration Receptionist.

When do doors open for events?

Doors will open approximately one hour prior to the start of the event but times will vary per event. Please check with the Box Office for more information or call 863-834-8111.

Will I be subject to security search when entering?

All patrons may be subject to a bag search and security check.  Plan on passing thru security before each event and figure this into your arrival time for events

Can I bring my camera to The Lakeland Center?

Small, non-professional still cameras may be brought into The Lakeland Center. Flash photography is not permitted. Please note: for certain events cameras may not be allowed into the facility. Video, audio, and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited for most ticketed entertainment events. Please check event information for specific camera policies. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for commercial purposes without the express written consent of The Lakeland Center.

What items are prohibited inside The Lakeland Center?

For safety reasons, guests will not be allowed entry if they are in possession of prohibited items.  Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police.  If a guest is found inside the facility with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

Alcoholic Beverages
Narcotics and illegal drugs
Incendiary devices
Large Bags and Purses
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
Outside Food and Beverage
Professional Photography Equipment
Animals/Pets (except service animals)
Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.
Skateboards and/or Rollerblades
Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Weapons (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by Lakeland Center Management

Is there an ATM inside The Lakeland Center?

There is an ATM machine located between Entrance 1 and Entrance 2 near The Jenkins Arena and The Lakeland Center Box Office.

Can I smoke inside The Lakeland Center?

The Lakeland Center is a smoke-free facility. A guest can smoke in designated smoking areas outside of the facility. Please ask a member of guest services to locate the closest smoking area.

Can I re-enter the building if I leave?

Guest must have their tickets scanned out by a member of Guest Services. Once a guest ticket has been scanned out they may not re-enter without their ticket. Please note: some shows may not allow re-entry.

Is there a coat check/bag check?

The Lakeland Center does not provide coat or bag check services. Please plan accordingly.

Can I receive a refund for tickets purchased at The Lakeland Center?

It is policy of The Lakeland Center that no refunds will be offered except for cancelled performances. For more information, contact The Lakeland Center Box Office at 863-834-8111.

Are concessions available at The Lakeland Center?

The Lakeland Center offers a variety of concession areas in the Jenkins Arena, Youkey Theatre and Exhibition Hall areas. Concession stands offer delicious fare such as sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, beverages, Pizza Hut products etc. Center Stage Cafe is offered before some events - for complete information call 863-834-8111.

What do I do in case of an emergency?

In the event you need emergency attention, please notify the nearest EMT, security guard, usher, ticket taker or manager on duty. The Lakeland Center Administration office can be contacted by calling 863-834-8100 during regular busincess hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) Monday-Friday.

How do I evacuate in case I am instructed to do so?

In the event of an emergency evacuation, please follow the direction of The Lakeland Center staff members to exit the facility in a safe manner. When you arrive, please take a moment to find the 2 closest exits to your section.

What is the best way to enter The Lakeland Center?

There are 4 entrances to The Lakeland Center. Guests will be directed to an entrance by our parking personnel. Guests with difficulty using stairs may want to use Entrance 2 located on the NW side of the facility between The Jenkins Arena and the Exhibit Hall. A handicapped ramp is available at Entrance 1 and Entrance 4 on Lime Street.  

Where are the First Aid stations at The Lakeland Center?

First Aid stations are located in the Jenkins Arena near the large wooden doors (east side) and just outside the Youkey Theatre.

During most events the first aid stations are staffed by EMS personnel. If for any reason you are unable to make it to the first aid rooms, please summon any staff member and they will alert first aid.
