Wear your favorite college team colors to our Masterworks Season Finale in Youkey Theatre at The Lakeland Center. Inspired by the NCAA Basketball Tournament, March Madness, the program selections were chosen by the audience.The competition that took place last season began with eight overtures, eight concertos, eight symphonies and eight showpieces that were narrowed down by ballot. The winning selections are listed below. Program Selections: Overture-Fantasy to Romeo and Juliet by Tchaikovsky Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin Jade Simmons, piano New World Symphony, 2nd and 4th Movements by Dvorak American in Paris by Gershwin.
